Enterprise AI Transformation: Why Leadership Matters More Than Technology

We at Mind IT Systems started our AI journey in Mid 2024. That is when we built a community of CXOs with mirai.events, with the intention to build an AI and innovation space just for decision-makers.

For some time, we were running pilots. started with basic wrappers around generative AI. Healthcare, Fintech, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Working Groups were running pilots. Clients were running pilots. Most industries were running pilots.

And then in 2025, something shifted. We started increasing productivity. Built AI-based products. It started working!

2026, and our services are maturing to build for our clients their own intelligence foundry. There is a shift in the enterprise understanding.

This shift is also apparent in the NVIDIA State of AI report 2026.

3,200+ companies across every major industry.

88% of companies say AI has increased their annual revenue.

Not ‘we expect it to.’ Not ‘we’re optimistic.’ Has. Past tense. Real money.

30% said the increase was greater than 10%. Among C-suite executives, 40% reported revenue gains above 10%.

87% said AI helped reduce annual costs.

Here’s what changed, and it’s not just the technology.
👉 The companies seeing real returns stopped treating AI as a tool and started treating it as infrastructure.

PepsiCo didn’t deploy a chatbot. They built AI-powered digital twins of 1,750 manufacturing facilities. 20% throughput increase. 10–15% reduction in capital expenditure. That’s not a pilot. That’s a transformation.

Nasdaq didn’t ask employees to use ChatGPT more. They built an AI platform that connects data across every business unit. That’s not productivity-maxxing. That’s institutional intelligence.

The pattern is the same every time. The companies winning aren’t the ones with the most AI tools. They’re the ones who rebuilt a process — end to end — around AI.

For one of our clients in healthcare, we picked one process that touched the most people and had the clearest before/after metric. Data Consolidation and Compliance Reporting. Rebuilt it utilising AI from intake to output. Measured and monitored.

Result: 60% reduction in time per report. Full Deployment.

In 2026, the change is – Deployment is now catching up.

88% is not a fluke. It’s what happens when organisations stop experimenting and start committing.

The question is: what’s stopping your organisation from being in that 88%?

If you do not know, zero in on one flow or one metric and build from there. You don’t get to 88% thinking there is ONE magic pill.
